1. Return Window
- Hassle-free returns within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.
- A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns(more than 1 times), which will be deducted from the refund.
- For hygiene, items such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- for, Crown rique family free gifts can only be exchanged, not returned.
- Items purchased together with a free gift are only eligible for exchange, not return, to prevent misuse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for returns
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns.
Accessories (caps, socks, masks, etc.) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you choose store credit, it will be added to your Crownrique account instantly after approval.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are free of cost (first exchange only).
You can exchange for a different size or product of equal value.
If the new product is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Subscriber Benefits (Crownrique Family – ₹149/month)
Extended Perks: As a subscriber, you enjoy:
- Free returns & exchanges (pickup included).
- Priority processing (your return is approved faster).
- Store credits with 5% bonus if you choose credits instead of refund.
Cancellation of subscription does not affect existing returns, but you will lose subscriber-only benefits for future orders.
Non-Refundable Items
Subscription fee (₹149/month) is non-refundable once charged.
Gift cards and promotional vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Go to My Orders section on our website/app.
Click Return/Exchange next to the item.
Pack the product securely; our courier partner will pick it up.
Refund/credit/exchange processed as per your choice.
